I. WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM? 

All items are printed in the U.S. We have a network of production partners located throughout the US. By maintaining a network of partners we are able quickly scale and adapt to market needs. 

II. WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE? 

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. 

III. WHICH SIZE SHOULD I ORDER? 

We attached the size chart on every product pages, please read it carefully before you order. 

IV. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We utilize a print on demand system for all of our apparel items. Your items will normally need to be printed first then shipped. Standard ship times for US orders is between 5-10 business days. For International orders shipping can take 2-4 weeks. Once a package is shipped you will receive a message containing tracking information to the email address you provided us at checkout.

V. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

VI. WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY SIZE OR PRODUCT?

If an order has not started the production process (orders are sent to production within 24 hours of purchase), we can make changes to the order. Changes can include editing size or color and updating shipping information

VII. HOW ARE EXCHANGES HANDLED?

We sincerely apologize to customers, but we do not accept exchange product for a different size because all our products are print on demand products.

VIII. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS/ REFUNDS POLICY? 

Returns/refunds is available on BreakShirt. Within 10 days of receiving orders, you have to request or notify us about a returns/refunds the order. Because our products are print on demand, we only return/refund your order in one of requests below. Please read this carefully:

  • The item(s) are not as described or incorrect item. 
  • The item(s) are different size or design from your order. 
  • The item(s) have a printed or material flaw. 
  • The item(s) have been damaged or crashed.

YOU SHOULD CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM FOR ANY ISSUES RELATED TO YOUR ORDER. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH PRINTING OR SHIPPING, OUR TEAM CAN ISSUE A REPRINT OR REFUND.

IX. WHICH EVIDENCE SHOULD I SUBMIT FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS? 

Please submit all pictures of item we need: 

  • Picture of the error / the defect. 
  • Picture of clothing tag. 
  • Picture of design sku. 
  • Picture of the packaging the item arrived in.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS IF: 

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed. 
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way. 
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them. 
  • The customer does not like the size of the garment. 

Please note that all required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot provide return/refund order. 

X. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If your item has not arrived within 30 business days after having ordered, please contact us through our contact us page for refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries).
